Customer Complaints Handling Procedure

We are highly motivated into making sure you have a pleasant stay at Spencer Properties, if there are any problems this can be resolved through email info@spencer-properties.co.uk or telephone call on 0113 278 8600. A member of our responsive team will help to assist you. We assure you that we treat every complaint with the up most importance and will try our very best to resolve any concerns. If in any event you are not satisfied with our response or if you have a grievance about a certain member of staff, in this case we would encourage you to put any concern in writing. We will always try to resolve any concerns as soon as possible. Our team at Spencer Properties works hard to ensure that each of our customers has an enjoyable stay with us.

The grievance will be acknowledged within 3 working days and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in-house” procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 21 days. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date.
