Report a Repair

If you're a tenant, living in one of our let properties, you can now report a repair at any time via our website contact form.

If you have any maintenance issues with your property or have a comment please complete the following form and someone will be in contact with you in due course.

Who can use this service

You can only use this service if you're reporting a problem with a property that's maintained by Spencer Properties.

Emergency repairs

An emergency repair is any problem that could be a security risk or cause harm to you, another person or to your property.

All emergency repairs need to be reported by phone.

Examples include:

  • any repair that poses a health and safety risk, such as smashed glass, or an electrical hazard
  • any repair that poses a security risk, such as a problem with the main entrance to your property

Will you have to pay?

You might have to pay for repairs to certain things, these are known as chargeable repairs.

A chargeable repair is usually damage caused by you or someone else who lives in the property, unless this is down to general wear and tear.
